Wellbeing Champions are student volunteers who are passionate about health and wellbeing. They deliver health and wellbeing activities and services to improve health outcomes, reduce inequalities and promote self-care.

Mondays
- Walk & Talk - Walsall Campus, meet at the Sports Centre, 12.15pm - 1pm
Tuesdays
- Wellbeing Cafe - City Campus, Millennium City/Rosalind Franklin Building, 12pm - 1pm
Wednesdays
- Death & grief Cafe - City Campus, Glasshouse canteen, Millennium City Building, 12pm - 1pm
Thursdays
- Health Checks - City Campus, Students Union, 11am - 3pm (by appointment, book here)
- Wellbeing Drop-in - City Campus, ground floor Millennium City, 12pm - 2pm
- Anxiety online Workshops, 1pm - 2pm (join the meeting in Teams)
- Infinity Cafe - support group for the neurodivergent community. Walsall Campus, WC Building, first Thursday of the month, 12.15pm - 1.15pm
Fridays
- Walk & Talk - City Campus, meet at the Sports Centre, Ambika Paul Building, 12.15 - 1pm
