The Short Stay Licence Agreement must be completed prior to booking.  Please read the terms and conditions carefully and complete the application page and return to City Accommodation Hub, either by post, by fax to 01902 321 267 or email to cityaccommodationhub@wlv.ac.uk

Please note that payment must be made in full prior to arrival, payments can be made either via the University estore, by credit/debit card, bank transfer or cheque
