myWLV - Known Issues

Problems with the latest app update? 

Issue

The latest myWLV app update is displaying the portal tiles with the message “Tile Unavailable”, as shown below.

Resolution

Logging out of the app and back in again will resolve the issue. To do this:

  1. Click on the settings cog (top right hand corner)
  2. Click on your email/name to expand menu
  3. Select  “Sign Out”
  4. The app will sign you out and prompt you to sign back in again

This should resolve the issue.  If you are still having problems, please contact the Service Desk using the details below.‌
