When using the dictation feature in Microsoft 11 (WINDOWS KEY + H), Microsoft have integrated punctuation to be automatically added when speaking. This saves users the trouble of having to manually dictate punctuation as they are talking. However, depending on your current settings, automatic punctuation may not be active by default. To ensure that automatic punctuation is enabled:

- In the options, toggle 'Automatic punctuation' to the active position.

Windows 11 features multiple desktops, which can help organise workflows. You may use multiple desktops if you find that you use one group of applications for one aspect of your role, but use a completely different group of applications for another part of  your role. Instead of having all these applications open on one desktop, you can split your desktop in two, three, four... however many you need. To split your desktop:

- On the taskbar (the bar located at the bottom of your screen, featuring the app icons and start menu) select the icon that looks like a black square with a white square. By default it will be located in-between the file explorer and the Microsoft Copilot icon.

- Once selected, press the option to add a 'New desktop'.

- Once you've added your new desktop, you can begin to open applications on the new desktop. You can then switch between the desktops by heading back to the same icon and selecting the desktops from the preview pane.

To delete added desktops, simply hover over the desktop you wish to delete and select the cross icon located at the top right.

Press WINDOWS KEY + .   to open the emoji picker menu. In this menu, you can select from a range of fun emoji's, GIF's and general punctuation.

In Windows 11, the file explorer comes with an updated user interface. One of the new features of the interface is the addition of tabs. The addition of tabs allows users to have multiple different directories open at one time, allowing users to take files and move them without having to have multiple file explorer windows open!

In Windows 11, the Notepad application now features a spell check feature that will automatically correct misspelled words.
