Reminder: The ASK@WLV helpdesk and Enrolment Hub at City Campus is located in Housman Building (MX)

As part of the Harrison Library refurbishment project, the ASK@WLV helpdesk has been temporarily relocated to the Housman Building (MX) at City Campus North. 

In addition to refreshed library spaces, the refurbishment project will deliver the introduction of a new centralised Student Life centre, providing frontline access to mental health & wellbeing support, disability & inclusion, financial support, safeguarding, skills for learning, and support to study. The ASK@WLV helpdesk will be co-located within this space, which is due to be open from mid-October. 

While work takes place in the Ambika Paul Building, the ASK@WLV helpdesk for student enquiries, and the Enrolment Hub (where face-to-face ID checks take place, and students can also get help with IT queries, advice on student loans, and other enrolment related support) is located on the ground floor of the Housman Building (MX) on Camp Street (City North), opposite ASDA.
