Your views on digital technology count! See the highlights from previous years' surveys which show that, with your input, we are travelling in the right direction.
For the past four years, the University has used the Jisc Digital Experience Insights national survey to have a dialogue with our students about the IT at the University of Wolverhampton.
In that time we have read approximately 20,000 individual comments about what is going well and what we can improve. Every year we average 2,000 responses from all areas of study.
We've analysed the latest results and here are your responses to three key questions on your overall satisfaction with your digital learning environment and support.
Question: Overall, how would you rate the quality of the digital learning environment provided?
Response: 83% rated good, excellent or best imaginable. (An improvement of 7% over three years!)
Question: Overall, how well do you rate the quality of digital learning on your course?
Response: 82% rated good, excellent or best imaginable. (An improvement of 15% over four years!)
Question: Overall, how well do we support you to learn effectively using technology?
Response: 75% rated good, excellent or best imaginable. (An improvement of 11% over four years, and 3% above the sector average!)
Your satisfaction with system usability has consistently increased over the past 3 years.
The following data shows the % of students who rated these systems as good, excellent, or best imaginable, comparing scores since 2021.
