This video showcases the University's attendance monitoring system, known as 'Student Check in'.
This system ensures accurate records by using unique codes generated during classes and logged by students via the University student app, myWLV. It's a vital tool in fostering accountability and supporting academic success.
The video 'Enter the Code, Prove You Showed' reflects our commitment to engagement and is designed to inform students and staff about the importance of attendance and demonstrate how the system might look in the classroom.
How to register your attendance
During your class, the lecturer will provide you with a unique attendance code.
Open your myWLV app (desktop version of myWLV available here) and click on the 'Student Check in' tile to access the self-registration system where you enter the code.
You can also use the Student Check in system to notify us of your absence if you are unable to attend a session.
