Hello and welcome to the Health Professions Foundation Year.  The team are looking forward to meeting you. Your induction programme has been planned to help you transition into your studies and enable the team to support you as you commence your Foundation Year. You will be automatically enrolled on to the Health Professions Foundation Year April support page in Canvas. This page will contain information relating specifically to your cohort.

Before you arrive ensure you have completed the following:

  1. Uploaded your photo for your student ID
  2. Enrolled onto your course on e:vision
  3. Registered your modules using e:Vision (If you are unsure of your modules please see the course guides that can be viewed via your e:Vision account)
  4. Complete your IT induction https://www.wlv.ac.uk/its/it-induction/
  5. Familiarise yourself with Canvas (University’s virtual learn environment- this is an online platform where you can find your teaching material and where some of your teaching will take place).
