Visit an Enrolment Hub
As part of your induction schedule, you will have a dedicated slot to come and visit one of our enrolment hubs.
There are hubs at each campus and you will be directed to an enrolment hub when you join us. These hubs are there to provide support with any enrolment questions you have and will also be where you have your physical ID checked (your driving licence, passport etc). This face-to-face ID check is the final step in completing your enrolment.
Visiting us at a hub means you can talk to us in person, but you can also ask for some support through our e:Vision helpdesk and by phone.
Enrolment Hub Locations
Enrolment support is available at the ASK@WLV Helpdesks, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
City Campus

Walsall Campus
- ASK@WLV, Performance Hub (WH)
Telford Campus
- ASK@WLV, Darby building (SC), Telford.
