Life always comes with challenges and remember there is no short cut for success. Continue to sharpen your skills, thrive, learn best practices, work with mentors and engage with the best people around - you will find your way forward.

Being able to be a part of the University of Wolverhampton itself has been a great experience for me. Although I was distant learning student and was attending my classes during the US time zone, with the help of Westford School of Management, I had the finest opportunity to directly interact with the University faculties as needed. Their core support and guidance has been very instrumental in shaping the way forward to achieve the masters program. During the course of my program, precisely speaking Jan 2015, I happen to lose my job due to the global impact of reduced oil price that had a very negative impact on several jobs worldwide. It was my first time experience to go through a lay off, and while looking for another job, I realised the importance of having a Masters degree and how well it can help regain a better opportunity. However most important of all, when I notified the University about my unemployment status, I was granted an extension which gave a great deal of peace of mind. I was able to focus on getting another job which I managed after a gap of eight months. Soon after I started my new job, I resumed my MBA program as a top priority and by Aug 12th of 2016, I was able to successfully accomplish it. I have no words to express my gratitude to the management of the University who have extended their warm support and understanding of the situation that I was going through. This incident will always remain as the most favourite.
Obviously everything I have learned during my course, I was able apply on a daily basis effectively. My MBA has not only created a path for my career, but it helped me to think out of the box and become a true entrepreneur myself. During the year 2013 I had set up a company in Texas; I knew very little about global business strategies at the time. I know how to run the business operations fundamentally and create revenue, but was lacking the strategic ideas, and other global business competence areas. The company was later shut down as a result of poor performance. However soon after the MBA, I had the courage to rethink about the business plans once again and started ZERCO International which has turned out to be a wonderful decision and a great company today.
In my current role, I have the responsibility to brand, lead, create vision, build product lines, support clients and develop business plans globally. I manage teams and create leaders to help build the company to strategize and sustain in the market. I also have to work with the clients, customers and understand their business priorities. I am always looking for ways to expand business operations and introduce new product lines that will help grow the organisation effectively.
I am the founder and CEO of ZERCO International, USA. With 21 years of international business expertise, I bring a diverse gamut of experiences to the table accrued from work as an entrepreneur, doctoral scholar, volunteer, Innovator, mentor, and leader. Some of my professional collaboration include working with US Oil and Gas Energy companies for worldwide locations: ZERCO International, Tesco Corporation, Halliburton. I authored my first book Business Management & Leadership Strategies in the Competitive Market. I intended to inspire my readers by helping them achieve their goals in life. I also became a vital volunteer for Catholic Charities Diocese of Charlotte, USA, and supported the refugee population arriving in the US for their settlement and support. I have travelled around 28 countries worldwide for business expansions, implementation rollouts, and support services. I continue to engage in research programs and support the academic society by writing business publications and helping to create newer jobs.
Life can be a game changer altogether. What we see and what we learn are two different things. It is very important to make the right course selection and pursue the course from a reputed institution who can cater to things that meets the current job demands. Learning of new concepts and theories can create magic while applying to your career or jobs.
