Challenges are what make life interesting. Overcoming them is what makes life meaningful - Joshua J Marine

My favourite memory was the trip to London. I had never been to London before and loved visiting the V&A museum. It was inspiring to go to artists' studios and experience their world of art and their creative process. I also enjoyed Andy's lectures, he helped me in achieving a 2:1 for my dissertation.
I've always considered makeup as an art form and a way of expressing yourself. There are a lot of artistic elements used in makeup artistry. You have to be aware of colour theory, especially when working on different skin tones. Where art transforms a plain white canvas, the same is true for makeup. It can transform a person's face and enhance their features. Also the tools such as brushes and using the right brushes on different areas of the face.
I specialise in award-winning wedding makeup. It is my responsibility to make the bride look the best version of themselves and help put them at ease on their special day. I have to take inspiration from my bride's wedding colour theme, venue, and dress, as well as their personality in creating the perfect look. I create a personal and bespoke experience that my brides cherish forever.
Awarded Best Bridal Makeup Artist in the UK - 2020.
