WLV Enrolment

To study at the University, you must enrol on your course. You will be invited (by email) to enrolment generally 6 weeks or so before your course starts. All students must re-enrol each year.

How to enrol - watch the video that relates to you

Key Steps:

Enrolling as an on-campus Home student:

1. Complete Online Enrolment

  • Log into e:Vision using your student number and password

  • Upload a photograph for your ID card

  • Check the course details are correct and click the 'Select' button to start the task

  • Work through each section: Personal Details, Education, Fees, Module Registration, Declaration and Confirmation.

2. Attend an On-Campus ID check

Once you have complete all of the on-line tasks, some students will see a message asking them to complete an on-campus ID check. Once instructed, bring your identity document (see ID Checks below) to the ASK@WLV team on campus to complete this check.

Students who have successfully completed a DBS and Occupational Health check as part of the application for their course do not need to complete this stage.

3. Full Enrolment

Once the above stages have been completed as required, you'll be fully enrolled for this academic year.

Please note:

Don't delay - Start your enrolment task as soon as you get the notification to enrol or you notice it is available when you log into e:Vision. Late enrolment can cause problems with student finance.

Ensure you understand all the statements in 'Confirmation' and that all your details are correct, if not, contact ASK@WLV

International students:

International students have to complete extra steps which require documents to be uploaded and checked in the Right to Study section. View the steps.
