Module Description

A module description is a document that gives a brief description of each module the student/graduate completed, subject to availability. 

The cost of a module description document is £15.

For modules studied before September 1992, please contact us before submitting an application.

You may request module descriptions for study completed from September 1992 onwards via the University e:Store. Please note that applications will not be processed without proof of identity.

Please note - Once we have received your ID, allow 7 -10 working days for us to process your request.

Letters of Confirmation

A letter of confirmation contains details of your final award. Letters can include additional information e.g. study dates and campus of study, on request.

The cost of a letter of confirmation is £10 per course.

Letters of Confirmation are produced on official paper, contain award details, and are signed by a member of University staff.

How to apply for a Letter of Confirmation

  • If you have access to e:Vision log in, go to the graduation link on the navigation bar and complete the letter of confirmation request task.
  • Alternatively you may request letters of confirmation online via the University e:Store. Please note that applications made this way will not be processed without proof of identity.
