Academic Institute of Medicine

The Academic Institute of Medicine (AIM) is the new Postgraduate Medical School of the University of Wolverhampton. The Institute builds on our current position as a leader in health-related professional sciences and has developed through a close liaison and partnership with local NHS Trusts, taking us forward into the delivery of postgraduate medical education and research.

Our Purpose

A founding principle is that participation in the Institute will be inclusive, not exclusive or elitist, with doctors and other public health professionals encouraged to engage from all areas. This will enhance NHS staff skills and knowledge, leading to high quality patient care and improved service delivery.

Events

As AIM develops it will offer a variety of relevant events including Master Classes, themed educational meetings, research meetings, and conferences.
