02/06/2010

The University will host the event at its Wolverhampton City and Walsall Campuses on Saturday, 12 June 2010.

There will be an opportunity to meet lecturers, chat to current students and tour the facilities at the event from 10am until 3pm.

Visitors can discover the services on offer while studying at the University in the Student Support Zone and chat to lecturers about courses in the Subject Fair.

A programme of talks, tours and workshops will also take place throughout the day.

Education Events Manager, Danielle Spittle, said: “Many people are looking to higher education to boost their career credentials. Everyone is welcome at the Open Day on June 12 and it is a great opportunity to ask questions about the courses on offer.

“At Walsall Campus people can find out about sport, music, dance, leisure and lifestyle industries, midwifery, teaching and education, and they can go to either campus to find out more about nursing.

“We also have a whole range of other subjects, from construction to fashion and textiles, represented at the Wolverhampton City Campus. Come along to find out more.”
