Facilities services

Facilities are responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of support services throughout all the University campuses including cleaning, caretaking, security, communications, and accommodation. Each campus provides a one-stop-shop service to all staff, students and external guests.

These services include:

  • Security services, whose mission is to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for students, staff and visitors across all University campuses and centers.
  • Communications services, who provide essential communication links that support the University and its people in carrying out their day to day activities.
  • The caretaking team, who provide and deliver a flexible service to meet the needs and expectations of students, staff, tenants and visitors to the campuses.
  • Cleaning services, who provide and maintain a safe and clean environment for students, staff and visitors across all University campuses and centers.
